Shereen is Pregnant!

Shereen is to be singing prayers during Ramadan and a duo with Ali El Haggar? Well scratch that! Shereen is expecting a bundle of joy. She has confirmed that she is expecting her first child with her husband Mohammed Mustafa! Because of this surprise and just 48 hours before Ramadan, Shereen told the creators of this Ramadan project that due to her pregnancy which is affecting her health, she won’t be able to do it!

May Farouk, who is known for her powerful and engaging voice, will be taking Shereen’s place. Usually when deals are broken off like this, the musicians creating the project are angry... but musician Ameer Abdel Majeed says he understands that itès not Shereen’s choice or fault and hopes that she has a healthy baby. We all give our best wishes to Shereen.
